Priority 4 · OSHA Outreach Training Program (U.S. DOL)

OSHA 10 / 30-Hour Construction

Voluntary safety-awareness training frequently required by general contractors, public bids, and insurers. OSHA 10 for crew; OSHA 30 for supervisors.

Who needs it

Field crew (OSHA 10) and supervisors/foremen (OSHA 30). Not a license, but a strong marketability and compliance item.

Steps to get it

  1. 1 Take an in-person or DOL-accepted online course from an OSHA-authorized Outreach trainer.
  2. 2 Complete the required topic hours (Intro, Focus Four, PPE, Health Hazards, plus electives).
  3. 3 Receive your U.S. Department of Labor plastic completion card from the trainer.

Authority & citation

Delivered only by an OSHA-authorized Outreach trainer; student receives a U.S. DOL completion card.
